Prospect Consulting
Prospect Consulting is the newly formed Yorkshire-based consultancy managed and operated by Anne Kimberley.
Anne has worked in legal practice for over 10 years. She qualified as a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives and has specialist knowledge of Debt Collection and Repossession, providing a unique blend of many years of practical experience gained in using, developing and project managing case management systems, in particular SolCase.
Anne worked for Solicitec/Visualfiles for 12 years, working with clients developing and project managing a wide range of systems. Before leaving Visualfiles, Anne was responsible for leading the whole professional services department as Operations Director resulting in extensive knowledge and experience of working with large and small legal practices assisting in implementing case management.
Anne is also a Prince2 accredited Project Manager
All of which means that Prospect Consulting is there to help you with your case management needs, be it advice, reworking applications, project managing your new IT systems or examining your business processes
